Kapa haka
Our school has two fantastic kapa haka groups - a junior kapa haka group (Te Puna-iti o Te Wairoa) with all students from year 0-3 and a senior kapa haka group (Te Waka Wairoa) open to members from year 4-8. Whaea Shelley and Matua William are our tutors.
Senior kapa haka (Te Waka Wairoa)
Senior kapa haka practices on Fridays, 9.30-10.30. This is an opt-in group for any year 4-8 students. They make a commitment to the group for the year after our initial 'give it a go' sessions at the start of term one.
